At It’s All About Bees!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your honey and beeswax products. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on most non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that glass jars and delicate hive products are well-protected for transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
